Above is the Raspberry Cheesecake from The Best Cheesecakes Cafe, Sendai.

It's hard to argue with the cafe's name.

Located in Sendai's Mitsui Outlet Park (with the main shop in Yokohama and another branch in Yamanote), it's a little gem outside of the city's main cafe districts.

The Raspberry Cheesecake is my favourite, but they also do traditional and chocolate chip, along with a wide range of waffles.

Everyone loves a bargain and The Cheesecake Set is a good one. One generous slice of cake along with a pot of tea or coffee for 700 yen.

It keeps me going back and back and back......
