Ta-dah!

It's obvious by now that I can't keep up to date with GlossyBox posts. To be honest, I can't even manage to stay on top of the products. I'm building a stockpile of items that haven't been touched yet. GlossyBox contents are all travel sized so they're perfect for a weekend break or maybe for the gym. Does that mean I should take more vacations? Yes, I think so. And...erm...never mind that part about the gym!

October's GlossyBox was all about "self care".

The October 2012 GlossyBox Japan theme was "一つ上のセルフケア", referring to products that are a step-up from what you normally use. So you can enjoy the feeling, scent and even the design of the goodies in the box. The themes are always kind of silly but I thought this one was especially bad. I can understand the thrill of using luxurious brands and products. In this case however, it just made me think that this box would have better items then usual, and the November box would be the same old same old. A mild case of bad marketing, don't you agree?

The list of contents.

Actually, it was a good box though, possibly my favourite one yet. Certainly the WEN hair-care products are excellent so far, I'll do a full review when I'm finished using them.

  • Impress BRIGHTENER a
  • KAOTSUBO COSMETIC 8601 REPRE TRIAL
  • ORTIGA Drawer Sachets
  • WEN SAMPLE SET
  • ZOYA Nail Polish

I haven't used the Zoya nail polish yet because the colour doesn't suit what I've been wearing this winter, but I've heard good things about it.

Has anyone any experiences to share?
Hopefully not horror stories!

    1. I wish! But I don't think they're expensive enough for that. And I don't want to pay any more lol!
